                    - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly oil the basket.

- Place in the air fryer and fry, shaking halfway, 14 to 16 min., until browned and tender.
- Return to the bowl and add ⅓ of the vinegar, ½ the mustard and ½ the dill; toss well.

                        Prepare & fry the patties

                    - Meanwhile, in a second medium bowl, combine the beef, panko, remaining mustard, 1 egg (double for 4 portions) and S&P.
- Form into 8 meatballs (double for 4 portions).
- Lightly flatten into patties.
- Place the patties* in the air fryer and fry, 9 to 11 min., until cooked through.

                        Make the salad

                    - Meanwhile, halve and core the fennel bulb lengthwise; thinly slice crosswise.
- Halve, core and thinly slice the apple.
- In a large bowl, combine the fennel, apple, buttermilk, remaining dill and vinegar, a drizzle of oil and S&P.

                        Plate your dish

                    - Divide the potatoes, patties and salad between your plates. Bon appétit!
